It’s natural to experience resistance to womb healing. Understanding the huge benefits of this journey means we can take the first step towards feminine empowerment, creativity, sensuality and intuitive living. Take a look at just 5 of the many reasons to heal your womb in my latest blog.
Why should you care about womb healing?
Womb healing is for literally every woman in the world. We all come from the womb and, at one point or another, have probably experienced some kind of womb-related challenge.
Womb connection and healing may be of particular interest to women who:
"There is a huge awakening happening right now on this planet. An uprising from the ground up through our root of the divine feminine, arriving to re-establish balance in our world. She brings with her an energy that is nourishing, intuitive, creative, and sensual."
If you come to my women's circles you will feel this shift happening. We are stepping up and recognizing our power. The womb is a portal to unleash that power. This is why it's so important that we connect with, and heal, the womb.
5 reasons to heal the womb
1. Improve how you relate to yourself (aka self-love)
When we are connected with our womb, we are able to cultivate a sense of true self love, self worth and self acceptance.
For many women, feminine processes such as the menstrual cycle and menopause have been seen as an annoyance to be silently suffered through and ignored.
So when we first come to a place of acknowledging our feminine power and wisdom, then into deeper communication with this part of ourselves - the source of all life - we're able to start to cultivate a deeper sense of self love; We're no longer denying our womanly gifts.
“A huge step on the self love journey is about embracing cyclical wisdom”
We are cyclical beings. When we're able to work with our cycles (and with the cycle of the moon if you don’t menstruate), and not pretend that we're exactly the same throughout the entire month, so much wisdom can come through.
Wisdom that tells us to go into the still and quiet of the womb cave during menstruation, and use the energy of ovulation to go out and shine. We’re no longer trying to force ourselves to be always up. Accepting how we feel and giving ourselves what we need is true self-love.
2. Improve how you relate to your feminine body
So many women suffer with eating disorders, body image issues, self hatred of our own beautiful vessels, numbness, or lack of sexual pleasure.
We have been given this gift of this physical body to come to this earth and have a great time and experience pleasure. When we have a loving communication going on with the womb, we are able to come into a much deeper connection with our own pleasure - to identify what really feels good.
Womb healing is healing of the feminine - and the feminine wants to enjoy the sensual pleasures that food, sex, massage, or a beautiful bouquet of roses, brings.
“For too long women have been cut-off from their bodies and their pleasure”
3. Create healthy boundaries
Having a connection with our womb spaces is so vital for being able to create really amazing, strong boundaries for ourselves.
If you are reading this, it's highly likely that you are some kind of healer or lightworker; you’re here to do good on this planet and your consciousness is rising to facilitate that.
Your energy is precious and you have to be able to protect it. Having a communication with the womb where you’re in a deep listening relationship helps you to know whether people, situations and decisions are a yes or a no.
"Your womb will tell you if she doesn't want something (sometimes in painful ways) - you job is to listen"
4. Clearing past wounds and relationships
The word for the whole feminine system of vagina, vulva and womb is Yoni, which is a Sanskrit word meaning sacred temple.
Unfortunately sometimes we let people into our sacred temple who have not given offerings or paid their respects.
Womb healing enables us to clear out the energies of past lovers, as well as scars from traumas such as miscarriage, abortion, difficult childbirth (experiences we don’t have the language and customs to properly honour in our culture).
Journeying to the womb to connect and send love, healing and cleansing is so profound because it allows us to welcome in the experiences and the things that we do want; The children that we want to give life to, the sexual relationships that we want to invite in, the creative projects or businesses we want to birth.
“Healing may not be easy, but it brings with it a sense of peace. And who doesn't want peace?”
5. Heal the woman; heal the world
Connecting with the womb is connecting with our divine feminine energy.
All of us are made up of the divine feminine and divine masculine energies. Unfortunately in our world we have lived in a place of the masculine ruling. A mature masculine can bring many benefits, but as we can see from the ego-driven, greedy and destructive impulses of world leaders throughout modern history, we’re in the midst of an extremely immature masculine energy.
This is why the divine feminine is now rising and bringing with her a sense of nourishment to our world, which is crying out for balance. The balance of thinking and feeling; work and rest; hard and soft; doing and being.
“Womb healing helps reestablish our natural state of joy, love, creativity and vitality”
I want to see every woman flourish. I want to see every woman sharing her gifts and truth and expressing herself. As a result of our individual feelings of freedom and vitality, we’re better able to serve Mother Earth.
Mother Earth is calling us to heal the womb; heal the woman; heal the world. She's crying out for the feminine balm.
The womb is a way of connecting deeply to the ancestral cyclical wisdom that is encoded in our bodies already. Our job is to connect and allow it to be expressed.
The truth is that this work is so much deeper and bigger than our own individual issues. It's up to us to do the work to clear what needs to be cleared so that we can rise up in service to the planet and the collective.
This is the mission. Are you ready to join?
