Operating on a high vibe frequency is when you’re connected to a flow state and feel charged up, excited about life and open to connections. Here are some tangible tools to uplift yourself and those around you. This one is perfect for anyone who's ready to step up their game but just needs a little nudge in the right direction.
Manifestation, put simply, is when you turn something you’ve thought or dreamt about into reality. It’s a way of shaping your world by the thoughts you make in your mind, and the actions you take.
Attracting what you want has a lot to do with getting your energy aligned with the energy of what you seek.
It's vital to become clear on how you want to feel and what you want your life to look like. Sometimes it really can be as simple as walking out the front door and deciding to see all the beauty around you, making a pact to appreciate every little detail wherever you are in the world.
The little steps that we take every single day to raise our vibration can add up to make a huge difference. Raising your vibration doesn’t mean you have to be a shiny happy person bouncing around all the time, it means you bring awareness into everything you do and be conscious of each action you take. Your feelings are valid and on the down days, you can still bring awareness into your state of mind and in doing so, flow with it instead of fighting against it.
I’ve put together 6 steps to raise your vibration so you can put this theory into practice. You might be surprised how quickly what you wants starts coming your way. High-Vibe life is a few steps away!
1. Get curious
In order to raise your vibration and attract what you desire towards you, start by looking at what’s going on in your mind, body and spirit and how your thoughts are currently shaping your reality.
So get curious about what’s going on for you, about the thoughts you have, the words you speak aloud and the way you interact with the world around you.
Find it almost impossible to tune in? Cut anything that makes you feel dull, uninspired and low in energy out of your life in order to make space to connect to your inner truth.
Have any of your daily activities been draining your energy lately?
Then can you take steps to reduce or remove them completely?
That could be too much Netflix, a draining frenemy, or a job you can't stand. I know this isn't always easy, but we have more choice than we realise about how we spend the minutes, hours and days that make up our lives.
Get really curious about where your energy goes - even making the effort to log everything you do and how it makes you feel might shed some serious light on what lifts you up - and what drags you down.
2. Eat non-processed foods
Like all things in the universe, the food we eat also carries an energy that affect our mind, body and soul.
Certain foods and drinks have been so heavily processed that they’ve lost their nutrients and natural energy making them low vibrational. To feel your best, nourish yourself with high vibrational foods
In Ayurvedic wisdom, the emphasis is on a Sattvic diet for healthy living, particularly for keeping our minds clear, happy and at peace (and to reach higher consciousness).
Sattvic foods are foods that are abundant in Prana - the universal life-force that gives life to all sentient beings in both plant and animal kingdoms. A Sattvic, high-vibe diet means not only vegetarian food but food rich in Prana - 'life-force' like organic fresh fruits and vegetables.
The best thing you can do to raise you vibe when it comes to diet though? Prepare fresh foods with lots of love.
It may be difficult with the current food landscape, but making an effort to prioritise foods grown without pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, hormones, irradiation or anything unnatural has MASSIVE benefits for your vibrational frequency. This is because the modern use of refinement processes and chemical additives, besides actually adding substances to our foods, depletes foods of their Prana 'life-force' and renders them heavy, impotent and lifeless.
Sattvic foods are nutritive vegetarian foods like organic nuts, seeds, whole grains, and oily fruits and vegetables that help build the brain tissue and develop Ojas (vitality).
On the note of what you ingest, if you're feeling low-vibe, ask yourself, have you drunk enough water today?
This one can actually be really easy to forget but drinking enough water is so important to function well in everyday life. Keeping hydrated can help you to better connect to your best self, it gives you more energy, helps you to think clearer and flushes out toxins from the body - so get guzzling the miracle cure aka water!
3. Dance in the kitchen
Dancing is movement medicine, and my favourite way to get out of the thinking mind and land in the body, connecting to the sensations present there.
Adding dance, or even the smallest, intuitive movement, to your day can uplift your mood and raise your vibration within seconds of getting your groove on (it also makes things like washing up and hoovering way more interesting).
Check out my Spotify for playlists to get you moving, and to start with pay close attention to your hips. We store a lot of emotion in our hips and circling and swaying is a great way to loosen energy that no longer serves you. Notice what comes up - and notice the resistance too. It's a very normal part of shaking up your routine and stepping into your new evolution. Welcome it as a sign that you are shaking off the old!
I guarantee that if you add even five minutes of free dancing into your daily routine, you'll notice huge results in your happiness levels.
When you walk down the street with the glow of someone who has enjoyed moving their body, just watch as people and opportunities with the same vibe start to come effortlessly into your life.

4. Unplug to reconnect
The internet and all our technological devices can of course be amazing tools for inspiration, connection and learning. But we all know that low vibrational state of the mindless scroll. It can be a fine line finding the balance between mindful use of technology and just reaching for our phone to zone out.
To recharge your own batteries and raise your vibration, have a tech detox. This could just be 1 hour a day where you set the intention to switch off.
Personally, I am militant about keeping technology out of the bedroom. My phone goes off at 9pm and I don't turn it back on again until I've meditated, journalled, practised yoga asana and planned my day. This practice has been a game-changer for my mental health and ability to come out of the 'fight, flight or freeze' response, and into a calm, gracious and open state of being with which to go about my day.
5. Compliment a stranger
This is a real feel good spontaneous action that you can take to lift yourself, and someone else, up! How many times have you really appreciated or valued something about a stranger and haven’t vocalised it because of feeling shy or worried about talking to strangers?
Maybe you notice someone’s super cool combi van in the street and stop to compliment them on the painting of their van.
Or perhaps the person serving you your coffee has a really uplifting way of talking to others, so why not tell them that they made you feel good? This also opens up the channels for new connections.
6. Spend time with people who lift you up!
